Jillelive Terms & Conditions – Complete English Version

Jillelive is an online Sports Betting and gaming platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Jillelive and its users ("you").

By opening an account, using the platform, or placing a bet on Jillelive, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using Jillelive.

• Jillelive is intended for users aged 18 and above only
• Each individual may hold one account only
• Residents of restricted countries or regions are not eligible to register
• Employees and their immediate family members are not permitted to place bets on Jillelive

To open a valid account on Jillelive, you must complete the registration form with accurate and complete information. Jillelive reserves the right to close any account where false or incomplete information has been provided.

As part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, Jillelive may verify your identity at any time. You may be asked to submit a form of ID or other documents, particularly when making a withdrawal.

• You must provide your full name, date of birth, and mobile number accurately at the time of registration
• It is the user's responsibility to keep their account password secure
• Your account must not be shared with or used by anyone else
• Any suspicious login activity or unauthorized access must be reported immediately
• Creating duplicate accounts may result in all associated accounts being closed

Placing a bet on Jillelive is subject to specific rules. Once a bet is accepted, it is treated as a binding agreement and both parties are obligated to honour it.

Once a bet has been successfully placed, it cannot be cancelled unless Jillelive voids it due to an error on our end. If a bet fails to register due to connectivity or technical issues, this is the user's responsibility.

• Minimum bet amount is BDT 20; the maximum varies depending on the event
• Odds may change during live betting; all bets will be settled at the final accepted odds
• If a match is cancelled, all stakes will be refunded
• Jillelive reserves the right to void bets if match-fixing or fraud is suspected
• If one leg of an accumulator bet is void, the entire bet may be adjusted
• If odds are found to be incorrect, Jillelive may void or amend the affected bet

Jillelive always strives to offer accurate odds. However, if incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Jillelive reserves the right to recalculate the affected bets at fair market value.

Jillelive accepts payments via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules apply to deposits and withdrawals.

• Minimum deposit is BDT 200; the maximum single deposit is BDT 50,000
• Minimum withdrawal is BDT 500; processing time is typically between 15 minutes and 24 hours
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit
• Withdrawals may be held pending until KYC verification is complete
• Payments will not be made to third-party accounts
• Accounts may be frozen if money laundering is suspected

• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses will result in all bonuses being cancelled

• Liability is limited in force majeure situations (natural disasters, cyberattacks)
